We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account or using the Order Status tool on our website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your specific region.

How can I repair my Patagonia gear?

We encourage repairing gear to keep it in use longer. You can visit our Worn Wear website to find DIY repair guides or send your item to our Reno repair center for professional service.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both new and sale items. There is no time limit on returns, but we ask that items be returned in new condition with tags attached if possible. A small return shipping fee may apply for mailed returns.

How do I care for my technical garments?

To extend the life of your gear, we recommend washing in cold water with mild detergent and hanging to dry whenever possible. Specific care instructions can be found on the white tag inside each garment.
